Here’s the heart of our policy:
* The 14-Day Window: Please reach out within 14 days of receiving your order. After this time, we unfortunately can't offer a refund or exchange.
* Keep it Fresh: We ask that items stay in their original, unworn or unwashed condition.

Refunds:
* Once we receive the returned items and confirm it meets our conditional requirements, the refund will be processed through Instapay
* Please allow a time span of 10 days from processing the request.

Exchanges:
* Delivery fees for exchanges are to be covered by the customer.

While we do our best to ensure the best quality delivered, if by any chance you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
In such cases, we will offer a free exchange or full refund including delivery fees.
